Flex L221 is a new high-performance automatic labeling machine in our range of equipment that meets the highest quality and reliability standards for continuous operation in any industry.
The machine is designed for the precise application of self-adhesive labels (main and counter-labels) on complex surfaces of containers: elliptical, conical, surfaces with variable geometry, and curved surfaces. The labeling machine can apply one or two labels simultaneously.
High-quality application of the label on the container is ensured with the help of a complex set of technical systems: fixing upper conveyor, container orientators, distribution element, system of pressure rollers and brushes. These technological solutions provide accurate label application, considering the configuration of packaging and label.
