"Flex W60 is a new high-performance gravimetric dosing machine for food products, which meets the highest quality and reliability standards for food product packaging. Customized industrial design of the machine allows the use of containers of any geometry and easily move them along the roller conveyor. Modern software ensures dosing accuracy and easy system setting, allowing the user to easily adjust and control the equipment.
Standardized solutions enable adjusting the machine for a product that changes its density and viscosity depending on the temperature. The advantage of the gravimetric dosing machine is high accuracy despite variable product characteristics.The use of a screw pump allows the dispensing of products including food particles (fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc.) without damaging them during the process. The doser can be integrated into the CIP cleaning system.
