"The Flex W 50-s - gravimetric dosing machine designed for packaging aggressive products containing acidic and alkaline components.
Customized industrial design of the machine allows the use of containers of any geometry. Considering the tendency of most household products to foam during packaging, a system for lowering/lifting dispensing valves is provided.
The dosing system does not require any additional equipment for liquid supply; Flex W50-s has a self-priming diaphragm pump. The pump configuration and selection of materials for the casing and seals enable packaging of aggressive types of products without damaging the pump.
The gravimetric dosing system ensures stable operation and dosing accuracy regardless of changes in viscosity and the presence of air bubbles in the product. Gravimetric type of dosing is one of the most stable processes, as well as the most cost-effective and simple to maintain.
