DESCRIPTION
Flex W 42 - a gravimetric dosing system designed for dispensing liquid products such as liquid soap, gels, laundry detergents, industrial chemicals, antiseptics, glass cleaners, car shampoos, and more.
To ensure high productivity, the dosing system is equipped with a high-performance impeller pump, a valve lowering system for dosing foamy products, and two weighing platforms.
Customized software enables smooth dosing processes, ensuring quality filling of containers. The dosing process is carried out in several stages, allowing the filling of various types of containers without the product overflowing beyond the packaging boundaries. Acceleration of the flow at the beginning of the dosing cycle and deceleration at the final stage enables the high-productivity dosing of foamy products.
Changes in product temperature, density, and viscosity do not affect dosing accuracy. The use of weight sensors specifically designed for dynamic weighing enables precise weighing processes.
