DESCRIPTION
Flex W 41 - a gravimetric dosing system for dispensing liquid products: food products, household chemicals, construction materials, industrial chemicals, agrochemicals.
To ensure high productivity, the dosing system is equipped with a high-performance impeller pump, a valve lowering system for dispensing foamy products, and a dynamic weighing system.
Standardized solutions allow adjusting the machine for products that change their density and viscosity depending on the temperature. The doser can be integrated into a CIP cleaning system.
The Flex W41 gravimetric dosing system has 20 recipes that allow quick reconfiguration of the equipment for a different type of product, packaging geometry, and dose size.
A wide range of functional settings ensures stable equipment operation, taking into account the physical characteristics of the product.
