"Flex W 40 - a gravimetric dosing machine for dosing dense and viscous
food products including food particles.
The dosing system includes a modern self-priming screw pump, eliminating the need for additional equipment for product supply. To enhance operational efficiency, the machine is equipped with two weighing platforms, allowing simultaneous filling of two containers, canisters, or buckets.
Customized software enables smooth dosing processes, ensuring quality filling of containers. The filling process can be performed in several stages with varying pump equipment productivity.
With 20 recipes stored in the system's memory, the system reconfiguration process takes only a few seconds. The high operational productivity of the dosing machine is achieved with the help of the automatic start and stop system.
The Flex W 40 gravimetric dosing system can be connected to a CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning system.
