DESCRIPTION
Flex W 20 is a new high-performance gravimetric dosing machine for dosing dense and viscous food products with inclusions.
The doser was designed for portioning dough with inclusions like carrots and nuts. Gentle and precise dosing of the product is ensured by a cam pump that does not deform the inclusions, preserving the structure of the product.
The gravimetric dosing machine meets the high requirements of food production. The technical features of the dosing machine allow easy rinsing of the system from the product at the end of a shift or when changing the product. The minimal distance from the supply tank to the pump and from the pump to the dispensing valve ensures minimal product loss.
Modern software, custom-developed to meet the specific needs of a particular technical process, allows for obtaining maximum efficiency from the dosing machine.
The use of modern trends in the User Interface design allows you to quickly integrate new equipment for automating the dosing process in production.
