DESCRIPTION
The Flex DL130 induction sealing machine is an advanced version of the previous DL100 model. It is distinguished by an enlarged inducer for contactless sealing of containers up to 130 mm in diameter.
Induction sealing technology allows for the sealing of plastic jars, canisters, laminated paper containers, and glass jars with plastic lids.
Easy control system and display showing working load and sealing time make it easy to adjust the sealer for various lid diameters and container materials. The sealer does not require additional equipment; it is sufficient to connect the system to a standard power outlet and set the desired working load and sealing time in seconds.
Induction sealing technology can be easily integrated into the existing process without additional equipment.
The low cost of equipment and no needs for maintenance make it possible to start using the technology as soon as possible.
